The plan also will include an approach to sharing the results of the survey, after it is completed, with those who participated. You may conduct the best survey in the world, and take swift action to correct problems and respond to opportunities; but if you don't explain that these actions were taken in response to participant input, you will not capitalize fully on the investment you have made.
